OUR HISTORIC BAR IS ONE OF THE OLDEST IN WATERTOWN...We have glassware of all kinds from restaurants like Enrico's and Kegelers who have occupied our building before us... we stock local wines from Tug Hill, Coyote Moon, and Thousand Islands Vineyards... We have preserved and displayed the original beer taps (unfortunately, they are non-functional)... We have a talanted bartender and mixologist who learned from the best in New York City... We have refinished and revived the bar, displaying many historic treasures from the building and elsewhere... we have mocktails, so those underage and non-drinkers can enjoy the cocktail bar atmosphere... And most importantly, we have Prohibition style cocktails to pay homage to the history of our bar, and Bourbon cocktails to tip our hat to our Kentucky roots. There's something for everyone to enjoy at Empire Square's bar!
